Project Update: Full Renovation in Progress – Arvada, CO

We’re officially halfway through the full renovation of 6941 W 87th Way #294, Arvada, CO 80003, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence totaling 1,099 square feet.

This project is a complete interior transformation. From new subflooring and upgraded systems to modern finishes and reconfigured details, every square foot is being thoughtfully rebuilt to elevate both function and design. Demolition and rough phases are complete, and we’re now moving into installation — bringing the vision to life with updated flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and clean contemporary finishes throughout.

The goal is simple: deliver a refreshed, move-in-ready 3-bedroom home that feels efficient, elevated, and aligned with today’s buyer expectations — all within an established Arvada community.
